BRUNCH

The pub Traditional: Two eggs cooked to order served with bacon, home-fries and choice of toast.
Omelet: A three-egg omelet with your choice of canadian bacon, bacon, green peppers, onions, tomatoes, broccoli or mushrooms topped with Monterey jack cheese and served with home-fries and toast.
Huevos Rancheros: Two crisp tortilla cups stuffed with southwestern black beans and topped with two fried eggs, smothered with ranchero sauce and melted monterey jack cheese.
Brunch Skins: Three potato skins filled with poached eggs topped with hollandaise sauce and served with a side of bacon and choice of toast.
French Toast: Three slices of egg dipped brioche served with a side of bacon and maple syrup, topped with powdered sugar.
Eggs Benedict: Two poached eggs on a grilled english muffin with canadian bacon, topped with hollandaise sauce.  Served with home-fries.
California Eggs Benedict: Two poached eggs on a grilled english muffin under sauteed mushrooms and sliced avocado, topped with hollandaise sauce.  Served with home-fries.
Pub Breakfast Quesadilla: Scrambled eggs loaded inside a crisp flour tortilla with monterey jack cheese, pico de gallo and green onions.  Served with sour cream and salsa
Breakfast panini: A fried egg finished inside a panini sandwich with cheddar cheese and Canadian bacon, served with home-fries.
